Alumni updates!

As part of our new brand rollout, we’re putting the spotlight on our alumni. In our full-time bootcamp courses, we spend a fair bit of time together: learning, collaborating, and creating. After a cohort walks out the door at the end of their session, it’s bittersweet. That’s why we love hearing from alumni! We’re excited to start this new series to share some updates from Bitmaker grads.

First, we’d like to congratulate 2014 Web Development alumna Emma Kotzer. Before joining the bootcamp, Emma was a Research Assistant at Queen's University, where she completed her BA in Economics. She jumped into a rewarding development role at Strategyzer after Bitmaker and remained active in our community, speaking with our students about her career and learning tips.

This October, Emma is starting her second development job at Shopify! We're thrilled for her and wish her all the best.

We'd also like to extend congratulations to Kunwar, Vincent, David, Dan, Stella, and Patricia!

Kunwar Gill (Mobile Development)

Upon accepting a job offer from TouchBistro, Kunwar stopped by to celebrate – with Cinnabon treats in tow!
